More Than Just Sports

At Breakaway, we believe sports can do more than build athletic skills. They can help shape character, strengthen friendships, and inspire young people to discover their potential.

Throughout the week, campers will experience:

• Multi-Sport Fun – Enjoy soccer, flag football, baseball, and ultimate frisbee through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Teamwork & Friendship – Build friendships, practice cooperation, and discover the value of encouraging others.
• Confidence & Character – Develop resilience, respect, responsibility, and a positive attitude through recreation.
• Positive Coaching & Mentorship – Connect with caring coaches and leaders who encourage every child’s growth.
• Faith & Purpose – Explore Christian values and meaningful life lessons through positive relationships and age-appropriate experiences.

No experience necessary! Our recreational approach welcomes children of all abilities and skill levels. The emphasis is on participation, personal growth, inclusion, and fun—not athletic performance or competition.

Every Camper Makes a Global Impact

ONE CAMPER HERE. ONE CAMPER THERE. TWICE THE IMPACT.

Breakaway Sports Camp is a One-for-One camp!

Every paid registration in East Tennessee helps sponsor a child to attend a Breakaway Sports Camp in West Africa.

That means when your child enjoys an unforgettable camp experience in Cleveland, they’re also helping another child experience the joy of sports, friendship, encouragement, and faith across the globe.

When your child plays, another child gets to play, too!

Through this unique initiative, families become part of something bigger than a local camp. Together, we’re opening doors for children in two communities to experience belonging, build confidence, develop character, and discover their God-given potential.

It’s more than a week of sports. It’s a chance to play for a greater goal!
